We provide several tools to request support.

Project Manager. A dedicated Project Manager provided to each Client to handle any service needs.

eCRM. A web-based customer request tool is available 24/7 to log any issues, schedule tasks, or submit suggestions to our support and development team. It’s an easy way to track requests through their completion. Call your Project Manager to set up an account.

Web support. Through a secure web connection our application support team can see exactly what is on your screen. This can help to pinpoint the problem quickly. Again, call your Project Manager to set up an account.

Onsite support. Our Project Managers and technical staff can schedule onsite support if the complexity of the problem requires hands-on attention.

Phone support. We are available over the phone to answer any questions or troubleshoot any issues. Just call 214.580.2085

Call Center. A dedicated call center can be utilized for support or day to day request management.
